ddr5 GPU has the most advantages as compare to ddr3 such as it provides you better execution and graphics on which you can run most of the games on 1080p, it gives you better FPS than ddr3 and it run most games smoothly on high settings.
ddr5 GPU runs also on some of the limitations like It consumes more power (300W–500W) unlike ddr3. It requires a 1x6–1x8 pin connector for external power supply which is not available in markets easily.
